Coaching is not training, or teaching, or telling and it is not therapy. It is to do with unleashing potential and leaving behind habits and beliefs which are well past their sell-by date!
Coaching starts from the belief that the individual is already a healthy, whole, complete, human being - that he or she doesn't need 'fixing'.
