How will Coaching benefit me?

Coaching is not for everyone. To be coached, an individual needs to be ‘coachable’. You need to be willing to find out what you want in life, and you need to be prepared to put in the required effort, to get the life you want.

Have you tried to make changes in the past, and felt you needed some more support? Are there New Year’s Resolutions you didn’t keep, but would really like to have done? Or are you naturally ‘into’ personal development, and perhaps you bought a book and started to read it, and you feel there is so much more you could achieve, if only …? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of those questions, then coaching could be of benefit to you.

The role of the Coach is to understand how it is that people make changes, and to act as a supporter and a facilitator, to ask questions, give feedback, listen, have faith in you, hold you accountable, and help you to achieve what it is you want.
