AIM : Set your compass, find your direction. A programme which focuses on helping you clarify what you want out of life, and starts you on the first steps on the road.

Note : All programmes are tailored and are based on what is appropriate for you as an individual. What follows is a sample Programme, which gives you an idea of the kind of thing you might expect.     Week 7 – homework: Birthday 5 years hence

    • Week 8 Let nothing stand in my way. (1 hr)
