Note: All programmes are tailored and are based on what is appropriate for you as an individual. What follows is a sample Programme, which gives you an idea of the kind of thing you might expect. Sample Programme:

 

    • Week 1 – This is the free initial session (40 min) and covers:
      • What is (meta-)coaching?
      • Wheel of Life exercise
      • Programme selection (West)

    Homework: one key action out of the ‘Wheel of Life’ exercise.

    • Week 2 –. What’s stopping me? (1.5 hrs)
      • Where are the blocks?
      • Intention versus Attention
      • Spotting and dealing with Excuses

    Week 3 – homework: birthday 5 years hence

    • Week 4 Real clarity on my goals. (1 hr)
      • Covering all life areas
      • Values and purpose alignment
      • Clear out old goals to free up energy

    Week 5 – homework: practical experience, move something forward

    • Week 6 Use everything as a learning experience (1 hr)
      • Dealing with issues (‘no such thing as failure, only feedback’)
      • Meta stating concepts
      • Dragon taming

    Week 7 – homework: come up with some blockers

    • Week 8 I can if I believe I can (1 hr)
      • Meta-yes and Meta-no
      • Skill of identifying limiting beliefs
      • Miracle Night
