Week 1 – This is the free initial session (40 min) and covers:

- Wheel of Life exercise
- Programme selection (West)
- Week 2 –. What’s stopping me? (1.5 hrs)
- Where are the blocks?

- Spotting and dealing with Excuses
- Week 4 – Real clarity on my goals. (1 hr)
- Covering all life areas
- Values and purpose alignment
- Clear out old goals to free up energy
- Week 6 – Use everything as a learning experience (1 hr)

- Meta stating concepts
